• Coverage: We ship exclusively to the European Union.
• No Drag Packaging: All orders are shipped in secure, lightweight bubble mailers to ensure your gear arrives safe with zero unnecessary bulk.
• Processing Time: We aim to get your kit out the door within 1–3 business days.

Tracking Your Session

Once your order is on the move, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can watch the glide from our warehouse to your front door.

Returns & Shipping Costs

While we cover the cost to get the gear to you, please remember that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Check our Return to Base policy for full details on how to send items back if the fit isn't right.
