Check Your Kit

Please inspect your order the moment it lands. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong gear, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return to Base

We want you to love your gear. But if the fit isn't right or the vibe isn't hitting, we’ve got you covered.

  • The Window: You have 14 days from the day you receive your kit to start a return.
  • The Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same state they arrived in (tags on, no salt, no sand).
  • The Cost: Since we cover the cost to get the gear to you (Free EU Shipping), the return shipping cost is on you.
  • The Proof: You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase to finalize the process.

The Process

  1. Shoot an email to mac@foilingbananaz.com with your order number.
  2. We’ll send you the return address.
  3. Once we inspect the item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
